Two Divisions
Most brokerages pick a lane. Owners rarely stay in one. The person selling a house this year is buying a building in three, and the investor closing on a fourplex has a family home too. We are staffed to handle both without a handoff to a stranger.
Commercial Division

The Standard
The difference shows up in the deals we talk clients out of. A transaction pays once. Being the person an owner calls first pays for thirty years, and the only way to earn that is to be honest when it costs us the commission.
If the timing is wrong, the price is wrong, or the property is wrong, you will hear it plainly. That is the job. Every brokerage says this. Ask ours for an example and you will get one.
Financing, insurance, tax treatment, capital planning and what the building actually costs to operate all sit inside the decision. We would rather raise them early than watch a client discover them at closing.
Responsiveness is a discipline, not a slogan. Owners stay because owners answer the phone. That is the mechanical advantage of a firm where the advisor is an owner.
Broad-Based Ownership
Every brokerage competes on split. We compete on ownership.
The split moves a few points from firm to firm. The equity stays at zero. We think that is backwards, and we built this one the other way around.
Broad-based ownership is foundational to how Centered Partners and the Greenleaf family of companies are built. It is not a retention scheme bolted onto a recruiting pitch. It is the structure, and it is why an advisor here has a reason to care what happens to your property after the closing.
For clients this matters for one practical reason. Ownership changes who stays. Continuity of relationship is the entire product in this business, and turnover is what destroys it.
Referrals
Referrals run in both directions here, and we treat them as a professional obligation rather than a lead source.
We work with licensed brokers across the country on inbound and outbound client referrals, on customary terms agreed in writing between brokerages before the referral is made.
When a property, a market or a specialty sits outside what we do well, we say so and introduce someone who does it better. We keep a short list and we stand behind it.
Some services you may need are provided by companies affiliated with ours. Where that is the case we will tell you in writing, in advance, and you are never required to use any of them. You are always free to shop.
